Where the planting plan lives, its scale, and the date
Note the percentage of mature spread you drew trees at as well — one figure for the whole drawing, e.g. "planting-plan-1to100-2026-08.pdf, 1:100, trees at 80% of mature spread".
What drawing at mature spread changed
Circles at half the mature spread, plants you are keeping at current spread plus five to ten years. What did not fit, and what did the quantities do?
The plant schedule
One row per species. Quantity from the spacing arithmetic, not from counting circles. Pot size in trade sizes — tube, 140 mm, 200 mm, 25 L, 45 L, 100 L.
